A Sculptor鈥檚 Eye explores the practice of ten Australian sculptors in an exhibition highlighting the importance of engaging with material form across a diverse range of sculptural approaches. Focused on the sculptor’s viewpoint, the exhibition considers the intricate dynamics of intention, form, chance, and experimentation in the making of sculptures. The showcased sculptures are accompanied by sketches, maquettes, reliefs, photographs and collages, offering a glimpse into the processes of the studio which art audiences seldom see.

This group of women sculptors has been selected to offer a unique perspective on contemporary sculptural methods and approaches.

Tania McMurtry, Co-founder, and Tamsin Salehian, Artistic Director, oversee Les Sculptures Refus茅es, an outdoor sculpture exhibition offering a distinctive alternative to Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi. As practicing sculptors themselves, Tania and Tamsin embrace an artist-driven ethos, championing projects that foster sculptural communities and innovative thought. Discover more at .
